  • Define and execute the global marketing strategy for the leading domestic appliance portfolio while ensuring alignment with key markets
  • Launch and ensure market readiness for new product introductions
  • Support key markets with brand awareness and demand generation campaigns and deal closure
  • Optimize the channel strategy, including price and margin optimization, direct and indirect channel, and training in close collaboration with the market organizations
  • Improve and maintain customer relationships (including KOLs) and based on customer insights


  • 10+ years in brand, product marketing relevant marketing position, preferably in FMCG/retail corporate brand
  • Comprehensive knowledge in product portfolio management, P&L, A&P, ATL/BTL/TVC and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal and influence skills at all levels of an organization
  • Proven track record in growing the success of global businesses
