We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company in advancing and commercializing cutting-edge cancer early screening technologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in molecular diagnostics, and demonstrate a proven track record of driving innovation and achieving commercial success.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Define and articulate the company's vision, mission, and strategic priorities.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and address market challenges.
    • Secure funding and build strategic partnerships with investors, collaborators, and key opinion leaders.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Build and lead a high-performing, multi-functional team across research, development, operations, marketing, and sales.
    • Oversee all aspects of product development, including research, clinical trials, regulatory approvals, and commercialization.
    • Ensure the timely and efficient execution of all company operations.
  • Business Development & Commercialization:
    • Lead global commercialization efforts, with a strong focus on the global market.
    • Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, marketing, and sales strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory agencies.
  • Financial Management:
    • Lead fundraising activities and build strong relationships with investors.
    • Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and fundraising activities.
    • Ensure the company's financial sustainability and long-term growth.
  • Investor Relations & Communications:
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, investor meetings, and other key events.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and other key stakeholders.
    • Effectively communicate the company's vision, progress, and achievements to internal and external audiences.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company.
    • Maintain the highest ethical standards in all business activities.
Requirement:
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field; MBA preferred) with fluent proficiency in English and Mandarin. 
  • Proven track record of success in the life sciences industry, with a strong preference for experience in molecular diagnostics, oncology, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of the cancer diagnostics market, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong business development and commercialization skills, including experience in securing funding, building partnerships, and launching new products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and empower a team.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for innovation, and a strong desire to make a significant impact on healthcare.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
