Clinical Operation, Sr. Manager

Summary:
The Clinical Operations Sr. Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of clinical operations within a CRO. This position involves strategic planning, leadership, and coordination to ensure efficient and successful execution of clinical trials in accordance with regulatory requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee clinical operations team, providing strategic direction and mentorship. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Manage multiple clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company SOPs throughout all trial phases.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance and quality.
• Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders, communicating trial progress and addressing issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance trial conduct and efficiency. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

 
Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• 7+ years of clinical operations experience, with significant leadership experience.
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial management and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
