As a Clinical Supply Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain inventory to support clinical trials. You will be monitoring and forecasting for clinical supply, coordinating the distribution of clinical materials to depots and sites globally, and working with IRT vendors to submit manual drug releases and follow through for completion/accuracy. In addition, you will interact with cross-functional departments to provide the required information or move forward with the projects.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain supply chain inventory to support clinical trials.
  • Monitor and forecast for clinical supply.
  • Coordinate distribution of clinical materials to depots and sites globally.
  • Work with IRT vendors to submit manual drug releases and follow through for completion/accuracy.
  • Interact with cross-functional departments to provide the required information or move forward with the projects.
  • Manage logistics, including shipment handling from regional depot to sites, emergency shipments, and IRT order review for accuracy.
  • Complete assignments as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
  • BS or above degree in pharmaceutical, logistics, supply management, or other related fields. 
  • Knowledge of import/export processes and providing Investigational products (IP) globally.
  • Demonstrated communication skills in project and CRO vendor management.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, IRT systems, and project management software.
  • Working knowledge of current GMP guidance.
  • Demonstrate initiative and priority to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
