Responsibility
1. Lead a team of sales, marketing, e-Commerce, technical support to achieve annual target successfully
2. Lead, train and manage multi-function teams for Taiwan market
3. B2B/B2C business strategy including modern trade, e-Commerce, new market/TA.
4. P&L management, GTM strategies, project/product and distributor/dealer management.
5. Responsible for regional projects and frequently work with regional/HQ partners

Requirement
1. Experienced in B2B/Solution sales or technical support is a plus
2. Familiar with both B2B/B2C business, including sales/marketing/EC and so on
3. Seniority: 10+ years in Taiwan market sales leader (people management) role
4. People management: 5+ years in managerial role
5. Language level: native in Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English
6. Excellent business presentation skill and good at P&L management
