Job Description: Country Manager (General Manager) – OMO Business
Location: Looking for Taiwanese People to relocate Malaysia

Role Summary

We are seeking a visionary Country Manager (General Manager) to lead the strategic and operational efforts of our OMO Business in [Country/Region]. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the country’s strategic roadmap, aligning with global and regional business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the OMO market and drive initiatives that position the company as a leader in the sector.
  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders to strengthen the company’s OMO ecosystem.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee the seamless integration of online and offline business operations to deliver a unified customer experience.
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation across digital and physical channels, optimizing for cost and performance.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness.

Revenue and Growth:

  • Drive top-line growth by identifying and leveraging synergies between online and offline sales channels.
  • Develop and execute revenue generation strategies that capitalize on OMO-specific opportunities.
  • Set and achieve KPIs for revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to key leadership and operational teams.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure all operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage risks associated with the OMO business model and ensure robust governance practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in leadership roles within retail, e-commerce, or OMO sectors.
    • Proven track record in driving business growth and operational efficiency in a digital-physical hybrid model.
    • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of OMO strategies and technologies.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
    • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
    • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
