- At least 5 years relevant experience in a retail environment
- Retail and service oriented, with good knowledge of front and back-office operations, acquired through previous experience in sales or operations
- Strong attention to details
- Promote and maintain an atmosphere of openness, propose new ideas and concept.
- Self-motivated and a strong team player with the flexibility to liaise among different parties
- Must be able to communicate at all levels and alter presentations to suit different target audience
- Cross functional working skills and good communicator (across multiple levels of management and ability to work with diverse cultures)
- Good computing skills and at ease with figures
- Good project management skills and good analytical skills
- In depth knowledge of retail tools
