  • At least 5 years relevant experience in a retail environment
  • Retail and service oriented, with good knowledge of front and back-office operations, acquired through previous experience in sales or operations

  • Self-motivated and a strong team player with the flexibility to liaise among different parties
  • Must be able to communicate at all levels and alter presentations to suit different target audience

  • Good project management skills and good analytical skills
  • In depth knowledge of retail tools
