About the Role:
- Implement sales strategies in alignment with company sales objectives.
- Oversee and mentor dealer sales performance and lead management.
- Actively engage in field operations to support daily dealer activities.
- Meet sales volume and lead generation targets while staying within budget.
- Manage and support vehicle ordering, distribution, and stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
New Car Sales Volume & Mix
- Evaluate, coach, and support dealers in achieving sales targets and performance.
- Implement and execute sales and tactical programs to drive results.
- Provide weekly reports on sales trends and ongoing actions.
- Support volume planning on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis, including leads, retail, wholesale, and order targets.
Dealer Management
- Guide dealers in developing action plans to meet sales, leads, order, closing rate, and wholesale targets.
- Lead the execution of annual and quarterly sales, lead, and tactical plans, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Support dealers in creating monthly/quarterly tactical plans, incorporating company objectives and metrics.
- Organize and facilitate sales review meetings with dealers.
- Provide feedback and updates on dealer and frontline operations, offering suggestions for improvements.
- Monitor and coach dealers on maintaining high-quality sales processes for sales advisors and managers.
- Assist dealers with stock management, including logistical solutions for new and used cars.
- Collaborate with training managers to oversee sales training programs and certification.
- Support the development of local marketing initiatives and lead generation events.
- Monitor and analyze market competition and trends.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, aftersales, and digital teams.
- Communicate dealer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Support and contribute to the dealer service standards performance.
- Assist dealers in developing cooperative lead action plans with service and marketing teams, offering effective quarterly support.
- Work with financial services teams to innovate and enhance support programs.
Customer Satisfaction
- Support the implementation of local actions to improve customer and dealer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in leading dealer qualitative performance assessments, including dealer service standards, mystery shopper surveys, and dealer evaluations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree or higher; MBA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in automotive industry sales, field operations, or dealer management.
- In-depth knowledge of sales, lead generation, wholesale, and logistics processes.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Flexible and adaptable with time management.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing dealer networks.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Valid driving license.
