Overview:
The E-commerce Channel Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of the e-commerce sales strategy, optimizing digital channel performance, and leading initiatives that enhance sell-out, consumer engagement, and online brand presence across key e-retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy Execution:
Manage e-commerce performance in assigned markets by leading the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with e-retailers, aligning trade investments with broader regional strategies. Prioritize activities that enhance sell-out, build consumer demand, and boost online activation. -
E-commerce Fundamentals:
Ensure continuous optimization across core e-commerce elements, including online distribution, digital shelf management, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize visibility and conversion. -
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with local e-retailer stakeholders. Understand their priorities, local market dynamics, and evolving consumer behaviors to tailor value-driven solutions. -
Cross-functional Coordination:
Serve as the local liaison to ensure alignment between e-commerce activities and broader commercial strategies across channels. -
Sales and Team Leadership:
Lead the e-commerce account team to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Oversee all digital trade marketing activities across product categories. -
Market Development:
Contribute to market share growth and top-line revenue across all relevant product propositions by creating and executing joint local activation plans with key e-retailers. -
Local Activation:
Translate central marketing strategies into actionable trade plans tailored to each e-retailer’s platform and audience. -
Budget and Performance Management:
Monitor and manage trade marketing investments and promotional spend to ensure efficiency and ROI. Maintain performance tracking based on sell-out data, conversion rates, and category share.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; Master’s degree preferred

8–10 years of commercial experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), consumer electronics, or related industries, including a minimum of 5 years in e-commerce

Strong analytical skills with a digital-first mindset; adept at problem-solving and innovation

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Team-oriented with a balance of hands-on execution and strategic thinking
