Field Engineer /Field Application Engineer

Position: (Sr. ) Field Engineer or Field Application Engineer 
Location: Taipei, Taiwan 

Job Description: 
· Collaborate with sales team to qualify opportunities and having deeper technical dialog with customers.
· As a coordinator or project manager, work with application engineers to develop solutions for customers. Then to present proposed solutions to customers.
· Handle on-site quality complaints of standard products/Custom Solutions products.
· Conduct on-site services, e.g., FSEAS, HAS, etc. at customer sites and provide comprehensive evaluation report for operational improvement suggestions.
· Provide essential/technical/product training to internal associates and customers.
· Provide technical consulting services to internal/external customers via email, phone call and in-person.

Job Requirement : 
· College or above degree in Engineering or equivalent.
· 3+ years’ experience of engineering, design, R&D.
· Having installation, fabrication, maintenance experience of tubing/piping system/equipment/products is preferred.
· Experience of using Swagelok or equivalent products is required.
· Experience of working at customer facing after service/field service roles is strongly preferred.
· Experience of working at international companies is preferred.
· Experience of working at Semiconductor industry and chemical refinery industry is strongly preferred
