Key Responsibilities
General Management
-
Develop and maintain SOPs and management systems aligned with local regulations and internal standards

Set annual goals, monitor progress, and report to regional leadership
-
Support audits and ensure proper follow-up on corrective actions
-
Assist in emergency and crisis response planning and execution
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
-
Act as the key contact for local EHS matters within the commercial team
-
Roll out global EHS programs at local level and provide support on field safety, fleet safety, and office ergonomics
-
Handle risk assessments, incident reporting, and ensure compliance with global guidelines
Real Estate & Workplace Management
-
Implement real estate solutions in line with global strategies
-
Manage lease contracts and associated data
-
Coordinate with vendors and support supplier evaluation and performance tracking
-
Align with HR, IT, and global functions on workplace projects and standards
Facility Management
-
Ensure facility operations comply with internal and external requirements
-
Work with global teams to develop and implement FM concepts and contracts
-
Manage vendor performance and service quality
-
Ensure effective transitions and standardization of facility processes
Security and Crisis Management
-
Implement corporate security standards at the local level
-
Manage security systems and conduct risk analysis
-
Maintain crisis team readiness and business continuity planning
-
Liaise with regional security for updates and best practices
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Facility Management, or related field
-
In-depth knowledge of local facility and safety regulations; familiarity with global standards (e.g., ISO) is a plus
-
Solid background in EHS programs and facility operations
-
At least 2 years of experience in facility, EHS, or security management
-
Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills
-
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
