Head of Finance-Leadership Role

-Provide the management with timely and meaningful financial analysis, both routine and as needed, to facilitate sound business decisions
-Prepare budgets / forecasts and analyze P&L statements and balance sheets to pursue profitable operation and consistency with business strategy
-Perform financial analysis on advertising and promotion programs to seek optimum performance at efficient expenses
-Provide accurate financial evaluations of proposed capital expenditures to ensure profitable business decisions, and track completed projects to evaluate achievement of original objectives
-Ensure application of established corporate financial controls by the effective
implementation and maintenance of financial policies and instructions
-Align with management’s agenda and agile to adjust the team and focus to achieve results
