A leading global device designer and manufacturer is seeking a Head of HR Operations for the Taiwan market.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of HR department.
- Set objectives and goals for the HR Operations team, tracking progress to ensure alignment with targets.
- Participate in the labor committee and ensure HR policies and guidelines comply with labor standards and internal policies.
- Ensure all the process is aligned with compliance including onboarding, attendance, payroll, insurance/tax, employee journey (rotations, promotions, demotions).
- Oversee internal HR systems and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responses to auditors.
- Design and implement company policies to enhance HR operations.
- Serve as a consultant to hiring managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Initially, the focus will be on daily HR operations, excluding attendance and payroll modules. Responsibilities will expand to include payroll and attendance management once the candidate is ready.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in payroll and benefits management.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in a senior HR role.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong team management and cross-team communication skills.
- Proven analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
