Key Responsibilities
  • Proficient in SQL, Python & Power BI
  • Experience using cloud-based databases(like hive/presto, airflow, aws redshift ) is a plus
  • Independently generate meaningful insights through data analysis and use of data visualization tools.
  • Verify the effectiveness of HR policies/programs in operation through data analysis.
  • Independently communicate data analysis results and carry out the process of identifying areas to revise/supplement/improve.
  • Independently carry out analysis model improvement by monitoring/tracking the analysis results applied and identifying areas improved.
  • Analyze requirements by data requester and service.
  • Process and provide data in an analyzable format based on requirements.
  • Define KPIs and identify improvement opportunities in HR analytics.
  • Tackle complex data analysis problems, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
