About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations at one of our key Fulfillment Centers. In this role, you’ll lead a small team to drive impactful HR initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and foster a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations for the Fulfillment Center, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, employee data accuracy, contract management, government reporting, visa/mobility support, and vendor oversight.

Ensure day-to-day HR compliance and responsiveness to employee needs, acting as a key liaison for local labor-related matters.

Drive employee experience through onboarding programs, engagement activities, training sessions, and town hall coordination.

Lead and support HR policy updates, benefit reviews, budget planning, audits, and compliance efforts.

Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR systems teams, and broader People Operations to drive process improvements and standardization.

Act as a point of escalation for people-related issues, providing expert guidance and quick resolutions.

Lead or support continuous improvement projects to enhance HR effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve employee satisfaction.

Monitor and adopt HR best practices and tools that fit the needs of a large-scale logistics operation.
Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

6+ years of progressive experience in HR operations or business partnering, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a knack for solving complex problems.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Skilled communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and frontline employees alike.
