About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations at one of our key Fulfillment Centers. In this role, you’ll lead a small team to drive impactful HR initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and foster a positive employee experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for the Fulfillment Center, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, employee data accuracy, contract management, government reporting, visa/mobility support, and vendor oversight.

  • Ensure day-to-day HR compliance and responsiveness to employee needs, acting as a key liaison for local labor-related matters.

  • Drive employee experience through onboarding programs, engagement activities, training sessions, and town hall coordination.

  • Lead and support HR policy updates, benefit reviews, budget planning, audits, and compliance efforts.

  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR systems teams, and broader People Operations to drive process improvements and standardization.

  • Act as a point of escalation for people-related issues, providing expert guidance and quick resolutions.

  • Lead or support continuous improvement projects to enhance HR effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve employee satisfaction.

  • Monitor and adopt HR best practices and tools that fit the needs of a large-scale logistics operation.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in HR operations or business partnering, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a knack for solving complex problems.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Skilled communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and frontline employees alike.

  • Passionate about building an inclusive, efficient, and people-first workplace.
