The Position
Act as an internal consultant and resource for management and employees in the assigned functions to provide advice, coaching, and counsel on a range of HR topics, which supports them in achieving their business/functional targets. Define and implement a company-wide talent and organizational development agenda that supports the engagement and development of our employees. Initiate and lead company-wide recruiting and talent acquisition activities.
 
Task & Responsibilities:
1.    Talent, Leadership and Organizational Development Program:
Analyze, assess, develop, recommend, and implement company-wide solutions (processes, programs, resources) to meet the needs of talent and organization development in support of key business objectives and strategies. Specific areas of focus to include: employee learning and career development, talent assessment, review and development, leadership development, culture building and employee engagement. Implement ROPU/global initiatives (Our Behaviors, Global Employee Survey, etc.) by fine-tuning the content/process to accommodate the local situations. 
 
2.    HR Business Partnering:
Support the assigned functions to maximize their functional performances by collaborating with the function heads to ensure that HR services/support align and meet their business objectives, analyzing trends and metrics to develop and implement HR processes and initiatives that support business objectives and serving as an internal consultant to function heads on leadership, people and organizational topics from diagnosing to providing recommendations/resolutions.
 
3.    Talent Acquisition:
Initiate and lead company-wide recruiting and talent acquisition activities (eg. Recruiting Process Outsourcing service, fresh graduate program, internship program, Employer branding Awards) that align with the business strategies and promote our employer branding. Analyze hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback to recommend changes, improvements, solutions for the organization's recruitment strategies in order to adapt activities against changing market conditions and meet expectations of the business. Be the contact window for the implementation of ROPU/global initiatives related to talent acquisition and EVP.


Requirements:
1.    Bachelor degree & above with a major in Business, Human Resources, Social Science, Psychology
2.    10+ years HR experience with expertise in two or more HR areas (talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development) and with at least 3 years in an HRBP capacity
3.    Must be an articulate and persuasive communicator with ability to influence changes within an organization by leveraging strong working relationships built on trust
4.    Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
5.    Analytic and problem solving skills to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
6.    Strong in driving change planning / management
7.    Good interpersonal skills and is able to probe/ facilitate structure conversation with stakeholders
8.    Fluent English
