Fastest-growing global commerce organization, with Taiwan being one of the top 3 most important markets for global expansion. Currently, they are rapidly expanding various business areas in Taiwan and are seeking a Senior HRBP Lead (Taipei or Taoyuan) to lead the team in achieving business goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main HR contact, supporting business leaders/line managers in addressing employee concerns and ensuring effective application of HR policies.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with legal & regulation requirements and company standards.
- Foster positive employee relations and drive high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on HR policies and best practices.
- Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Conduct talent assessments to identify organizational strengths and development opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve HR programs and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, psychology or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in HR management with a focus on HR business partnering.
- 5+ years in management position
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and strategic HR solutions.
- Fluent in English and native in Mandarin.
