You’ll be the bridge between internal teams (Sales, Creative, Media, Analytics) and corporate clients—ensuring every campaign is strategically sound, flawlessly executed, and delivers measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Digital Strategy Support
- Assist in the development of holistic brand strategies and digital roadmaps (programmatic, social, search, video, etc.).
- Contribute market and competitor research to inform strategy workshops and client pitches.
- Client Liaison & Account Coordination
- Act as day‑to‑day contact for enterprise clients: schedule meetings, gather requirements, follow up on deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and post‑campaign reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Campaign Planning & Optimization
- Work with Media Planning to build digital media plans, flight calendars, and budget models.
- Monitor live campaign performance; flag optimizations and coordinate with Analytics for deeper analysis.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate between Creative, Analytics, Ad Ops, and third‑party vendors to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and budgets in project‑management tools.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Compile weekly/monthly dashboards on KPIs (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI).
- Highlight key trends and learnings to drive continuous improvement.
- Administrative & Ad Hoc Support
- Maintain client files, contracts, and internal documentation.
- Assist Business Managers in new‑business pitches and RFP responses.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in a digital agency or MarTech industry sales/marketing/account role, with exposure to brand strategy and full‑funnel digital campaigns
- 5+ years in people management experience
- Strong research skills and an analytical mindset—comfortable with data and dashboards
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Familiarity with major digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, programmatic DSPs)
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proactive “can‑do” attitude and genuine passion for digital trends
