An exciting opportunity is available at a leading global group company for the role of Key Account Lead. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive channel and customer engagement, while managing relationships with key accounts. The role requires expertise in both the chemical and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive revenue and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and sales presentations for key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and supply chain) to deliver seamless solutions and services to key clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive channel and customer engagement through tailored business plans and initiatives.
- Manage the overall business performance of key accounts, ensuring all targets are met.
- Regular business trips to meet clients across various regions, including Taiwan, Mainland China, and Southeast Asia.
Job Requirements:
- Over 10 years of key account management and business development experience in the chemical industry, specifically with footwear clients.
- At least 5 years of team management experience.
- A background in chemistry is a strong plus.
- Proven account management experience with major footwear clients and other footwear-related companies.
- Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English.
