Our client is one of a global leading company in consumer goods manufacturing. We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager a strong consumer goods background to drive sales initiatives and develop new opportunities for Taiwan market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages current accounts, secures orders, and acquires new accounts by effectively planning and organizing daily activities. Plans and schedules visits to existing clients, potential sales opportunities, and other relevant industry contacts.
- Concentrates sales efforts by analyzing the current and potential sales volume of dealers.
- Prioritize key accounts within the customer portfolio. Ensure regular visits to these customers and involve business development resources as needed.
- Tracks competitors by collecting up-to-date market information on pricing, products, new releases, delivery timelines, merchandising strategies, and more.
- Addresses customer complaints by identifying issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to management
- Enhances professional and technical expertise by participating in educational workshop.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- At least 6 years sales experiences in FMCG and related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic and evolving business environment.
- Business level of English communication is a must.
