- Support central management in the selection and development of marketing and operations personnel.

- Apply the strategic thinking of a headquarter or regional marketing manager to all initiatives.
Achieving Operational Goals:
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the product image, market position, and market share.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Lifecycle Marketing:
- Plan and execute targeted marketing activities for different stages of the business lifecycle, focusing on digital marketing to enhance product visibility.
- Digital and Social Media Optimization:
- Oversee and refine social media and online platform operations to increase user traffic and conversion rates.
- Product Development Collaboration:
- Work closely with product departments to drive product enhancements that meet market needs and customer expectations.
- Partnership Management:
- Maintain strong partnerships with business entities to expand sales channels and market reach.
Personal Leadership and Implementation:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the marketing team, focusing on technical and strategic development, including marketing, product marketing, online marketing, and brand promotion, to enhance marketing efficiency.
- Resource Management:
- Oversee the marketing budget and resources to ensure maximum ROI, and regularly report marketing performance and trends to the leadership team.
