Job Title: Head of ODM TV Sales (AVP) 

Team Size: Approx. 50 people
Reports to: Senior Vice President

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead business development and maintain customer relationships for ODM TV.
  2. Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and expansion of the company’s ODM business.
  3. Manage and guide the sales team, including setting targets, creating plans, and monitoring execution to achieve sales goals for the ODM division.
  4. Collect and analyze market intelligence to develop effective marketing strategies.
  5. Coordinate internal resources to resolve sales challenges and improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Plan and review management systems for the ODM business to ensure alignment with operational requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or a related field in science and engineering.
  2. Language Skills: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  3. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  4. Experience:
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in a related field.
    • Over 10 years of leadership experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a preference for those with experience in the display industry.
    • Proven experience in managing sales teams and KPIs.
