Role Mission
The primary responsibility of this role is to design and implement trade strategies that drive sales growth. The individual will be accountable for achieving the assigned sales targets and building strong, long-term relationships with customers in the Central and Southern regions. Additionally, this role will lead the team in developing effective store visit plans to ensure optimal sales execution. Timely feedback and insights from customers will be used to refine and implement successful trade plans. The role also involves developing, motivating, and retaining team members in line with company procedures.
Responsible area: Central and South Taiwan
Key Responsibilities / Outcomes
- Achieve sales growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen the company’s presence in the market.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Manage promotional activities tailored to different customer segments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, to deepen client relationships and drive business results.
Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Spirits or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
- A BS/MS degree is required; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Passionate, proactive, results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional skills in mentoring, coaching, and people management.
