Power Supply AE (AC to DC)

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for developing reference circuits and modules for power converters, enhancing and debugging IC products, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support for ACDC converter customers.

Essential Functions:

• Develop application reference circuits and platforms for offline converter applications ranging from several hundred watts to tens of kilowatts.

• Validate semiconductor solutions—such as SiC, GaN, isolated solutions, MCUs, and sensors—on offline converter reference platforms.

• Collaborate with design engineers, the field applications team, and marketing to improve and debug IC and semiconductor products.

• Write technical documentation including datasheets, application notes, and design notes.

• Provide application support to key customers and field application engineers.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.

• Excellent technical writing and presentation abilities.

• Prior experience with a PSU supplier or ACDC IC company is preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in analog design, including ACDC converter IC applications or PSU design.

• MSEE or higher degree required.
