Product Manager - Blockchain/Crypto

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team in the rapidly evolving Crypto and Blockchain industry. In this role, you will take ownership of the full product lifecycle—from ideation and strategy to execution and optimization—helping to drive innovation and deliver best-in-class products that serve our global user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for blockchain-based products and services.

• Conduct market and user research to identify new opportunities and enhance user experiences.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to bring products to market.

• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.

• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate quickly to improve features.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, blockchain protocols, DeFi, Web3, and crypto exchange developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Product Management or Product Development experience in the Blockchain/Crypto domain or Crypto Exchange platforms.

• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, tokenomics, wallets, smart contracts, or DeFi protocols.

• Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency—both written and spoken.

• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.
