Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Promotion

Craft and roll out brand development plans aligned with corporate objectives and market demand.

Uphold and enforce brand standards to ensure a unified image and foster customer trust.

Strengthen brand presence across various distribution and retail channels in partnership with distributors and collaborators.

Administer marketing expenditures, evaluate campaign outcomes, and allocate resources effectively.

Coordinate multi-channel promotional efforts, including outreach and engagement with healthcare professionals and opinion leaders.

Keep abreast of market developments by attending relevant healthcare conventions and international industry forums.
Product Portfolio Oversight

Conduct assessments of new product opportunities and evaluate their market viability in Taiwan.

Steer the introduction of new products, ensuring compliance with local regulations and successful market penetration.

Manage product profitability and life cycle, enhancing market positioning and long-term value.

Deliver product training sessions and provide continuous support to internal stakeholders and channel partners.

Respond to user and customer insights to refine offerings and sustain engagement.
Strategic Account Collaboration

Partner with account management teams to nurture key client connections and explore new commercial opportunities.
Qualifications

Education: a bachelor's degree is essential. Advanced studies in health sciences, nutrition, or business administration are advantageous.

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in brand marketing, product management, or a closely related field.
