Key Responsibilities:

Quality Philosophy Integration
Understand and implement the company’s group-wide quality principles into daily QA activities within the Taiwan business unit. -
Policy Execution
Execute corporate quality-related policies and ensure full compliance with internal standards and local regulations. -
Issue Management & Investigation
Lead the investigation and resolution of product quality issues, including consumer feedback. Collaborate closely with global and regional QA counterparts to ensure timely and effective responses. -
Customer Feedback Analysis
Analyze consumer data and feedback to support risk prevention, improve Q&A materials for customer service, and contribute insights for product development. -
Testing & Evaluation Support
Assist in implementing and maintaining procedures and systems related to product testing, inspection, and quality evaluation to ensure compliance with quality standards. -
Knowledge Sharing
Foster cross-functional collaboration and share QA knowledge and best practices across departments. -
Meeting Participation
Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to support QA initiatives. -
Ad Hoc Tasks
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Senior QA Manager. -
Execution & Documentation
Plan, document, and execute QA activities effectively, ensuring proper approvals and follow-through.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Knowledge & Technical Skills
-
Solid knowledge of industry standards such as GMP and FSSC22000.

Basic understanding of quality testing methods in the food or supplement industry, including analytical, microbiological, and sensory evaluation.
Technical/Work-Based Skills
-
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
Language & Communication
-
Business-level English is required.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
-
Comfortable working across departments and adapting to organizational change.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the nutraceutical, food & beverage, or pharmaceutical industry.
