Propose new construction methods and material applications to ensure innovative and feasible technical solutions.

Handle and clarify engineering-related inquiries, track the resolution progress of technical issues to ensure smooth execution.

Manage changes and additional/reduced scope items, process approvals and related contractual matters to ensure project progress and quality.

Identify potential risks that may affect the project and formulate corresponding preventive and contingency measures.

Lead regular site and external meetings, organize presentations and reports, and follow up on the implementation of meeting resolutions.

Organize and direct the site team, assign tasks, supervise execution, continuously evaluate personnel, and manage team performance.

Coordinate with the client, designers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors; maintain neighborhood relations and resolve cross-party collaboration issues.

Lead site audits and phased inspections, enforce occupational safety and health practices to ensure construction complies with regulations and contract requirements.

Assist with tasks assigned by supervisors or delegated by the Construction Management Deputy Manager.
