Senior Distribution Sales Director
Responsibilities:
•Responsible for the APAC (China, Taiwan, Japan & Korea) Distribution Revenue Budget
•Work with Regional Directors to achieve Revenue at GEO level through Distribution
•Analyze market trends, identify opportunities and capitalize in Mass Market through Distribution
•Implement effective Strategies for Distribution, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies
•Build and maintain a robust design pipeline of new opportunities to drive growth in Distribution Accounts
•Manage the distribution networks and set clear KPIs for performance
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within Distributor partners
•Ensure forecast accuracy and conduct monthly review with sales on Forecast
•Conduct quarterly business reviews with Distributors to track performance
•Lead, mentor and develop the TSE team in China driving success through technical value propositions
•Maintain relationship with stakeholders in Mass Market Focus Accounts
•Work closely with Product Marketing Team to implement and execute the go-to-market strategies.
•Frequent travelling is required
Requirements:
•Bachelor degree is required and major in Engineering (either Electronics & Electrical) is preferred
•10~15 years of experience in Distribution management in semiconductor industry
•Experience in managing and driving multiple teams with strong leadership capabilities
•Proven track record with strong business and industry acumen
•Fluent in both spoken and written for English & Chinese is required.
