Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
➢Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Analyze market trends and customer needs within the Korean SEM industries to develop targeted strategies for market penetration and growth.
➢Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry leaders, and decision-makers to secure and expand business opportunities.
➢Sales Leadership: Lead sales initiatives, including direct and channel sales strategies. Ensure alignment with the company’s global sales objectives.
➢Product Positioning: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our product offerings are effectively tailored and communicated to meet the local market demands.
➢Coordinate with global teams to ensure compliance with international standards and corporate policies.
➢Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies in achieving revenue and sales growth targets.
Education and Experience Requirements
➢bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
➢Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the electron microscope, instruments semiconductor, or semiconductor industries.
➢Strong understanding of the Taiwan market and proven ability to navigate its regulatory and business landscape.
➢Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English.
➢Proven record of accomplishment of achieving sales targets and successfully managing business growth initiatives.

•Excellent interpersonal skills, highly ethical in their interactions

•Experience with CRM and reporting system
•Able to build and cultivate superior relationships with internal and external contacts
