Our client is a global leader in food solutions, we’re seeking a dynamic Sales Head with a strong F&B background to drive sales initiatives and manage a talented team for Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Design and implement sales strategies for distributors and local F&B stores, utilizing market insights and competitive analysis to drive results.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a sales team across Taiwan, achieving outstanding sales results.
- Distributor Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors and food service providers to expand the reach of imported products. Collaborate with distributors to ensure alignment on sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Customer Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities while establishing strong relationships with key clients.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with HQ and regional partners, as well as marketing, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment.
- Market Analysis: Gather and analyze market insights to guide strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Food Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Over 15 years of experience in sales, channel and category development, and trade roles, preferably within B2B, Food Solutions/Professional, and Food and Beverage industries.
- At least 8 years of experience in people management, with a track record of overseeing teams across Taiwan.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor landscape.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a dynamic and evolving business environment.
- Excellent command in English and native in Mandarin.
