Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored for the hospital sector.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and clinics.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional campaigns and ensure market alignment.
- Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, or Healthcare-related).
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical device, nutrition, or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the clinic or hospital channel is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of team management and target achievement.
- Must own a car and hold a valid driver’s license.
