Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of advanced image processing software by managing existing accounts and developing new customer relationships.

  • Identify customer requirements and establish proactive, solution-oriented relationships with prospects.

  • Convert leads from partners, OEMs, and system integrators into long-term business opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with global headquarters teams on sales processes, reporting, and participation in events.

  • Deliver customized solutions to clients in partnership with Technical Sales Engineers.

Requirements

  • Several years of proven experience in B2B software sales or software solution sales.

  • Strong knowledge in automation and industrial image processing applications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or economics with a focus in Computer Science.

  • Analytical mindset combined with a strong passion for sales and customer engagement.

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Office 365 and CRM platforms.
