Responsibility
- Analyze market trends to formulate and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with the BU Director, Taiwan.
- Continuously forecast, monitor, and evaluate sales performance, initiating corrective actions as required. Prepare comprehensive reports, summaries, analyses, and documentation to support regional sales management efforts.
- Gather market intelligence and contribute to marketing initiatives, including sales promotions, training, market research, and the execution of special projects.
- Consolidate individual territory strategies and account profiles into a cohesive regional sales plan.
- Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of the sales team, providing ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Plan and manage budgets effectively to meet sales objectives while controlling expenses.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with dealers to ensure alignment with company policies and overall business strategy.
- Equip team members with tools and educational programs to maintain expertise in industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Foster an engaged and high-performing sales team through effective leadership and collaboration with HR to implement targeted development initiatives.
- Design and manage promotional programs and incentives to motivate the team, setting individual and team sales targets while offering tailored coaching to drive continuous improvement in performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Sciences, or related disciplines. An MBA is highly preferred.
- Over 5 years of sales management experience with a proven ability to lead teams in the medical device industry within the Taiwan market.
- Strong track record in sales management, channel management, and key account management, with demonstrated success in handling both equipment and consumables businesses.
- Skilled at fostering strong dealer relationships and building networks with KOLs to drive business growth.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented professional with a strategic mindset and a solid understanding of business operations and market dynamics.
- Adept at nurturing critical business relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve organizational objectives.
- Proven ability to thrive in both collaboratives, cross-functional teams and independent roles, ensuring seamless integration within any professional setting.
