Our client is one of Global Automation Industry in Taiwan.
Position: (Sr. ) Sales & Marketing Head
Location: Taipei
Subordinate: 8-9 Teams Member
In charge of Electrification Smart Building and Smar Power products in Taiwan market.
Job Responsibilities:
• Creating, planning, and implementing the marketing and sales vision, mission, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area.
• Building an effective, capable and high performing Marketing & Sales organization. Developing and retaining talent, and sustaining the overall organization effectiveness.
• Ensuring achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
• Driving customer focused collaboration, raising awareness and ensuring appropriate action towards market opportunities
• Driving Marketing and Sales in the domestic market, including product/ system/ solution launches. Ensuring a balanced growth through all Product Lines & Product Groups.
• Creating demand through technical promotion, providing solutions and a value base selling approach.
• Buildng and maintaining strong personal relationships with existing customers and other stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction level and developing new customers to generate growth
• Implementing and ensuring compliance with regional and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and sharing best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
Qualifications for the role
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of commercial leadership experience in large, complex, fast-pace, matrixed, innovative industrial organizations, with direct management of large sales and marketing teams preferably in product business.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the design and execution of commercial plans and strategies.
• Strong problem solving, learning agility and ability to deal with shifting priorities and issues. Ability to supervise and manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Results focused and able to work well under challenging market enviorment and against tight deadline.
• Demonstrated ability for leading and building organizational capabilities, robust systems and processes and culture of high performance/excellence in marketing and sales
• Entrepreneurial attitude, excellent communication skills.
• Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills
• Excellent leadership and people development skills
• Fluency in English language is a must
