Key Responsibilities:

Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and marketing initiatives for a designated product line within the business unit.

Lead go-to-market (GTM) efforts to support strategic revenue and growth objectives.

Collaborate with customers and channel partners to gather feedback, evaluate feature requests, and prioritize enhancements based on market needs.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities; translate insights into actionable product requirements.

Contribute to product planning and design efforts to ensure differentiation and value in the marketplace.

Partner closely with R&D teams to develop realistic project plans and ensure successful product delivery.

Create clear and detailed product specifications, documentation, and requirements.

Collaborate with technical teams to collect product feedback, validate features, and monitor potential competitive risks.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving requirements and ensure product alignment.

Participate in creating technical white papers, application notes, webinars, and product positioning content as part of the GTM strategy.

Support pre-sales engagements by acting as a product expert in customer meetings and technical events.

Provide hands-on support in quality assurance testing, feature validation, and usability assessments.

Deliver training to internal technical teams and sales professionals to ensure deep product understanding and successful adoption.

Travel up to 25%, both locally and internationally.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline

MS with 3+ years of relevant experience

Ph.D. with 1+ year of relevant experience

Proven experience in the semiconductor or EDA industry, particularly in IC design or support roles.

Strong background in custom layout, static timing analysis (STA), parasitic extraction (SPEF/DSPF), and SPICE simulation.

Familiarity with Analog Mixed Signal, RFIC, PowerFET, or PMIC design workflows; understanding of domain-specific concepts like signal/power integrity or ESD is a plus.
Expert usage of Ansys Totem/Totem-SC, PathFinder/PathFinder-SC, RedHawk/RedHawk-SC and/or competitive products in the market -
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as TCL and Python.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in terms of business value.
