Title: Finance Senior Officer
Report to: Finance Manager
Location: Taipei City

In Taiwan, they are seeking a Finance Senior Officer to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
• Review and process employee Travel &Expense (T&E) claim report according to company and tax requirements.
• Monitor payment related systems (T&E reimbursement, Work Cycle) roll-out including maintain internal approval policies, and support to coordinate/ solve users' issues.
• Coordinate with Shared Service Center regarding payment cycle, urgent cases, or new requirements roll-out.
• Act as an administrator of Corporate Credit Card Program.
• Handle inventory write-off and write down application.
• Coordinate with sites and external warehouse for annual stock counting.
• Perform VAT/ WHT process and other tax related filing and meet established timeline.
• Prepare or support various local statutory reports/ tax audit/ internal audit, ensure data accuracy and punctual submissions.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• At least 3 to 8 years' relevant working experience
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Experience in big 4 with in-house experience will be highly appreciated
• Hands-on knowledge in SAP is preferred
