Job Title: Senior Account Sales Manager focus on OSAT Customers
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Account Sales Manager to manage and expand key customer relationships within the OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) industry. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in the chemical or semiconductor sectors, especially those with direct experience serving customers such as ASE, PTI, SPIL, Amkor, Greatek, and other major OSAT players.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strategic relationships with OSAT customers across Taiwan and the broader APAC region.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and long-term business growth.
- Identify customer needs and work closely with internal teams (technical support, product management, R&D) to deliver value-added solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements with key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer roadmaps to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in the semiconductor or chemical industry.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts in the OSAT ecosystem, with established connections at ASE, PTI, SPIL, Amkor, Greatek, or similar.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and packaging technologies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
