Sr. DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our technical team. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong understanding and hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Additionally, proficiency in Python is required to write automation scripts and develop tools to optimize our infrastructure and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous integration and deployment of code.
• Manage and optimize the GCP environment, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Develop automation tools using Python and optimize existing systems.
• Monitor and maintain infrastructure across multi-cloud environments, ensuring system stability.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Set up and maintain infrastructure automation tools, such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Manage and optimize GCP resources, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, etc.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident resolution to ensure efficient system operations.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations for improving existing workflows and tools.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP services and architecture, with hands-on experience designing and managing cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Proficiency in Python programming, with the ability to write automation scripts, tools, or applications.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.) and practical experience with them.
• Familiarity with infrastructure management tools, such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
• Strong teamwork spirit and self-motivation.
