To build and manage the digital marketing team, lead all digital marketing initiatives from campaign ideation to execution, measurement and optimization and ensure all digital efforts are integrated with relevant company functions to achieve company objectives.
  • Define and build worldwide marketing strategies across all digital touch points including website, social media, online advertising, email marketing and etc.
  • Develop and execute effective digital media plan and programs that optimize product launches, campaign, web, user funnels to maximize the awareness and increase adoption.
  • Track and set the measurable goals on various KPIs and conduct analysis across multiple platforms that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts, and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant departments including Sales, Product teams and IT department to ensure all digital efforts are fully synced up 
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and continued advancements in digital technologies and marketing best practices to optimize organizational productivity and effectiveness.

Required Skills:
  • At least 5+ years B2B Marketing expereince in Technology Industry; With Semiconductor expereince is preferred. 
  • Solid Digital Marketing expereince with content generation, strategy for digital marketing planning. 
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Familiarity with design and digital marketing tools as well as best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Mandarin and English.
