Position: Sr. HRBP or HRBP
Location: Taipei or HsinChu
Job Description:
-Focus on a bulleted list of primary responsibilities and duties of the position including the key relationships the stakeholder is required to develop or interact with, or whether responsible for team management.
1. As the HR Business Partner for the 3 manufacturing sites, including Humen Site in 華南 as well as the HR Manager for Taiwan & Hongkong
2. Strategic partnership with senior leaders to diagnose & formulate imperative solutions on talent topics related to the entire lifecycle from attraction, recruitment, retention & development. Participate in the business management meetings
3. Lead & manage the Manufacturing Footprint Optimization Projects
4. Being the HR representative for Taiwan and Hongkong managing daily operations following local law and regulations.
5. Drive culture transformation and manage internal communications across the responsible areas
6. Steering the annual & ad-hoc HR topics such as Talent Reviews, Merit, Bonus & promotion reviews
7. Champion global/regional or country HR initiatives on topics such as Production Workforce Engagement, Employer Reputation, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion etc.
8. Lead & manage Employee Relations issues such as employee disputes, performance issues
9. Provide leadership & leverage HR generalists for overall HR processes, systems related tasks
10. Create space for innovating & providing HR solutions to talent related challenges in the business
11. Other HR Project Related work
Job Requirement:
1. Extensive HR Business Partner experience in a global MNC, manufacturing experience is preferred. Proven track record of leading change management, talent development initiatives.
2. In-depth knowledge of mainland China, Taiwan and Hongkong legal employment conditions, labor laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices are must haves
3. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to handle senior stakeholders and the frontline employees with empathy. Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
4. A proactive problem-solver, with ownership of projects from start to finish. Must demonstrate passion, dedication, and resilience in addressing challenges.
5. Ability to lead & manage the project and change across.
6. Highly collaborative. agile and open to new ideas.
7. Readiness to travel between mainland China, Taiwan and Hongkong on regular basis
8. Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
