What You’ll Do:
- Lead and own project schedules and execution tracking within the Design-for-Test (DFT) engineering team.
- Monitor project milestones and implement risk mitigation strategies in alignment with the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams to refine Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and integrate them into project execution schedules.
- Facilitate timely deliveries and secure internal signoffs with upstream and downstream engineering teams.
- Define and implement process frameworks to ensure efficient, consistent execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Partner with customer engineering teams to define project specifications and co-execute key milestones.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Graduate degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in DFT or SoC engineering management roles.
Good to Have:
- Experience with the stage-gate process for new program development.
- Proficiency in schedule development, tracking, and reporting using Microsoft Project.
- In-depth understanding of IP and SoC development challenges, particularly in advanced process nodes.
- Knowledge and experience in DFT architecture and implementation, including IEEE 1149, 1500, 1687, and 1838 test protocols.
- Familiarity with IP deliverables and customer integration challenges.
- Hands-on expertise with Mentor/Tessent and Synopsys (SNPS) DFT tools.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation in DFT and SoC, capable of driving cross-team collaboration and delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
