  • Developing strategic, integrated trade plans liaising with sales team, multi-functional team and customers that tie in with overall brand strategy to drive sales and market share growth across different channels
  • Reviewing trade strategies and plan to drive continuous improvement
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer/shopper insights to gain and drive competitive strategies and effective growth plans across channels.
  • Managing monthly forecasting, distribution strategy and other relevant go-to-market initiatives.
  • Monitoring and managing trade budget and continuously seeking for opportunities to drive business goals.
  • Developing category growth strategies and strong conceptual selling.
  • Ensuring strategies and plans are consistent with company's stewardship guidelines.

  • Minimum 4 years trade marketing/ sales/ marketing experience in counter brand/ department stores with proven track record of leading projects in a diverse multi-functional team.
  • Strong ability in strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and navigating complex business and organization situations.
  • Passionate for success and an energetic leader.
  • Ability to work with people from different backgrounds, and proven track record of bringing out the best in people.
  • Self-motivated with a proven successful track record in achieving outstanding business objectives. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile and demanding environment.
  • Fluency in Traditional Chinese and English (written and spoken)
