Responsibilities

  • Develop complete power management integrated circuits (PMICs)

  • Design functional blocks and macros for DC-DC power converters

  • Oversee and provide guidance on circuit layout, from block level to full IC implementation

  • Collaborate with test, applications, and product engineering teams to ensure successful transition of designs into mass production

  • Partner with product planning and management teams to evaluate feasibility and define specifications for new solutions

Qualifications

  • Proven record in delivering high-volume, successful power management IC designs

  • Strong expertise in transistor-level design across a variety of analog and mixed-signal sub-blocks

  • In-depth experience with DC-DC control methodologies and mainstream converter architectures

  • Solid understanding of semiconductor processes, device physics, and layout practices

  • Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence) for analog IC design

  • Advanced capability in analog behavioral modeling (Verilog-A, AMS simulation flows)

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in analog IC design focused on power management

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
