System Program Manager (Product Manager)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage product development projects from initiation to completion.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate all project-related activities and deliverables.
• Product Roadmap Management. 
• Create, manage, and maintain all required project documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders involved in the project's execution.
• Lead and motivate the project team while delegating tasks effectively.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Candidate must be based in Kyiv or open to relocation, with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in managing Networking Products, especially in Switch (Pro AV/AV over IP/HDMI over IP).
• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Passion for IT products and emerging technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level is required.
