Job Description:
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic System Program Manager to lead and oversee projects related to Power Technology products (UPS/EV/PDU/PSU).
The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to balance technical understanding with product management expertise to drive cross-functional teams and deliver user-focused solutions. A background in engineering, particularly in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related fields, with a bachelor's or master's degree, is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery for UPS/EV/PDU/PSU-related products.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product goals align with company vision and market needs.

Critical Thinking & Decision-Making
- Apply critical thinking to identify key project priorities and make informed decisions.
- Assess trade-offs between technical constraints and product objectives to deliver optimal solutions.

Product Expertise
- Develop a foundational understanding of the product and related engineering principles.
- Work closely with engineers to evaluate technical judgments and ensure feasibility.

Brand Experience Focus
- Advocate for intuitive and user-friendly product designs.
- Ensure that all products maintain a cohesive and seamless experience consistent with the UniFi system standards.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively.
- Drive alignment across departments to meet deadlines and achieve product milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program or product management roles, preferably within the power technology or consumer electronics industries.
- Proven track record of managing projects with cross-functional teams and delivering successful products.
