Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and consumer insights to develop competitive strategies and effective growth plans across various channels.
- Formulating category growth strategies and utilizing strong conceptual selling techniques to deliver exceptional customer value.
- Creating and executing integrated trade plans (including online/offline channel strategies, promotions, in-store programs, etc.) in collaboration with the sales team, cross-functional teams, and customers to drive sales and market share expansion.
- Working closely with Sales, Brand, Finance, and Product Supply teams to combine expertise and resources, enabling faster and more impactful results in retail and distribution.
- Overseeing monthly forecasts, distribution plans, pricing promotions, shelf strategies, and merchandising efforts to ensure successful market entry and ongoing initiatives.
- Managing the trade budget while consistently identifying opportunities to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, key account management, or marketing within the FMCG/consumer goods sector or related service industries.
- Proven track record in managing categories, brands, go-to-market strategies, sales forecasting, and trade funds budgeting.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a history of achieving exceptional business results, surpassing targets, and maintaining a strong focus on governance and productivity.
- Strong leadership capabilities, strategic mindset, commercial insight, and a passion for enhancing productivity.
- Expertise in category growth strategies, data analysis, budget oversight, and the ability to navigate complex business and organizational challenges to implement effective solutions.
- High emotional intelligence, thriving in a fast-paced, agile, and high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
