Position Overview:
Account Manager for Business Operations to support the expansion of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate demand and coordinate across internal teams.
- Manage business operations, including upgrade planning, final payment collections, and handling business escalations.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDM) to develop commercial strategies for new business options.
- Provide support for both existing and new Value Proposition Agreements (VPA).
Business Strategy and Objectives:
Develop strategies aligned with company business goals for products. Assist in setting clear objectives and success metrics tied to achieving both short- and long-term goals for Global Account strategies. Take ownership by offering appropriate guidance.
This role requires building strong interfaces across multiple levels within the customer and company, including sales/BDM, engineering, purchasing, planning, R&D, management, operations, accounting, finance, business lines, marketing, deal structuring, legal/contract, and more. Maintain a thorough understanding of customer expectations and business connections, effectively recognizing the needs of both current and future customers to ensure satisfaction and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree
- Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience, with specific knowledge and experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Position Context:
Responsible for overseeing semiconductor business operations within the TSMC Account team.
