Position Overview:
Account Manager for Business Operations to support the expansion of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consolidate demand and coordinate across internal teams.
  2. Manage business operations, including upgrade planning, final payment collections, and handling business escalations.
  3. Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDM) to develop commercial strategies for new business options.
  4. Provide support for both existing and new Value Proposition Agreements (VPA).

Business Strategy and Objectives:
Develop strategies aligned with company business goals for products. Assist in setting clear objectives and success metrics tied to achieving both short- and long-term goals for Global Account strategies. Take ownership by offering appropriate guidance.

This role requires building strong interfaces across multiple levels within the customer and company, including sales/BDM, engineering, purchasing, planning, R&D, management, operations, accounting, finance, business lines, marketing, deal structuring, legal/contract, and more. Maintain a thorough understanding of customer expectations and business connections, effectively recognizing the needs of both current and future customers to ensure satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree
  • Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience, with specific knowledge and experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Position Context:
Responsible for overseeing semiconductor business operations within the TSMC Account team.
