Position Overview:
As a Die Corrector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and precision of extrusion dies used in our aluminum production processes. Working closely with our production and engineering teams, you will troubleshoot and correct die issues, ensuring optimal performance and output. Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, assess, and correct aluminum extrusion dies to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Analyze and solve issues related to die performance, wear, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
• Provide recommendations for die design improvements and optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of die corrections, repairs, and modifications.

• Proven experience as a Die Corrector in the aluminum extrusion industry (5+ years preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of die-correction techniques and processes.
• Experience working with CNC machines, manual lathes, and related tools for die repair.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and industry standards.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and precision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
