Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CTO with 20+ years of deep expertise in the PCB industry, encompassing product development, market-driven technology strategy, and client-facing innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in PCB manufacturing, a customer-centric mindset, and visionary thinking to drive technological leadership in the fast-evolving electronics manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Innovation

   • Define and execute the company’s long-term technology roadmap, aligning with market demands and business objectives.

   • Identify emerging industry trends (e.g., HDI, high-frequency materials, smart manufacturing) and spearhead R&D initiatives.

   • Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies to enhance competitive advantage.

2. Product Development & Management

   • Lead PCB product innovation, optimizing performance, cost, and reliability to meet global client requirements.

   • Foster cross-functional collaboration (R&D, production, marketing) to ensure seamless product lifecycle execution.

   • Establish robust technical standards and quality control systems to improve yield and market positioning.

3. Customer-Centric Solutions & Partnerships

   • Engage closely with key clients to develop tailored technical solutions and strengthen long-term relationships.

   • Build strategic alliances with suppliers, research institutions, and industry leaders to advance technological ecosystems.

   • Represent the company at global conferences and forums to elevate technical branding.

4. Team Leadership & Development

   • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

   • Streamline R&D processes to enhance efficiency and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Education:

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience:

  • 20+ years in the PCB industry, with a proven track record in technology leadership, product management, and market-driven R&D.

  • Deep expertise in PCB processes (design, materials, fabrication, testing) and advanced technologies (e.g., IC substrates, flexible PCBs).

  • Experience managing large technical teams and global projects.
